Abstracts

Abstracts can be submitted until November 17., 2008 in pdf format as E-mail attachment to . Templates for Latex and Word are available. The preferred format is Latex, please try to use our template, which contains also a short explanation. If you have still trouble, we are happy to help you. The A4 page will be printed on A5 and used without further editing for the abstract book, therefore you are kindly requested to follow the given style.

You have about 2000 characters, depending on the length of your header (title, authors, affiliations). 1 page should be used for the header and your text including equations, references and acknowledgments. The text must be self-explanatory, references can be used only for further details. This file should be named as Author_abs.pdf. We encourage you to use a second file (A4, 1 page, pdf) to include figures, named as Author_fig.pdf. It should have at all side a margin of 2.54cm (1in). It may contain only figures accompanied by INFORMATIVE figure captions. Please make sure, that axis labels etc. are readable (using A4 format, all text should be at least 11pt and final resolution at least 150dpi).
