The conference will be held at the Paul Scherrer Institut in Switzerland. The research center operates large scale user facilities: SINQ (neutrons), SLS (X-ray), SµS (muons), LTP (particle physics) and currently develops a free electron laser. PSI is located in northern Switzerland, approximately midway between Zürich and Basel.
